摘要
本研究从"漆转粉"的绿色涂装大趋势出发,立足于满足自行车生产加工企业现有的涂装生产线,研究开发与之匹配的低温固化的粉末涂料产品,为自行车涂装实现"漆转粉"的绿色涂装发展之路提供可行性方案。通过对成膜主体物环氧树脂/固化剂体系的研究、探讨固化促进剂用量的影响,以及对抗结团助剂的优化选用等研究试验过程,制得可在130℃/20 min条件下完全固化的自行车底涂用低温固化粉末涂料。其涂层具有优异的附着力和防腐蚀性能,同时又有高流平、高光泽的外观,是一种环保节能的绿色涂料。
As driven by the environmental friendly coating process through "liquid to powder" route, a type of low temperature curable powder coating (130 ℃/20 min) has been prepared ,which can meet the demand of the existing coating line for bicycle. Meanwhile, the innovative powder coating composition allows the coating line to achieve the green coating technology. In this article, the film-forming materials and curing agent are investigated, and the effects of curing agent content and anti-coagulating agent on film properties is examined. The prepared coating shows high adhesion, good anticorrosion, high leveling and gloss, meanwhile, it is a type of energy-saving green coating material.
