莱菔硫烷拮抗化学损伤效应及其机制 被引量:3

摘要 莱菔硫烷是十字花科植物中硫代葡萄糖苷的酶解产物,具有抗氧化、抗癌、抗炎等多种药理作用。本文综合分析了莱菔硫烷对重金属、神经退行性疾病和糖尿病模型毒物所致神经和生殖系统以及肝、肾损伤的拮抗效应,并归纳出可能机制:即莱菔硫烷主要是通过诱导细胞自噬、抑制细胞色素P450 2E1等Ⅰ相酶系,激活Ⅱ相解毒酶和Nrf2-ARE信号通路发挥其对化学毒物的解毒功能。
