摘要
高等职业院校的教师取得教师资格证,成为一名法律意义上的教师,称为第一次职业化。此后,教师进一步优化能力结构成为"双师型"教师的过程,称为第二次职业化。二次职业化是为成为合格高等职业院校教师的必要过程,是高等职业教育改革与发展对教师的要求。高职院校教师实现二次职业化,要将教师的企业实践落到实处,加强校内实训室或实训基地建设,同时要使企业技术人员教师化,还要获得学校的支持。
The teachers in higher vocational colleges legally become a teacher after they get the certificate of teachers, which is called as the first professionalization. After that, the process of teachers' further optimization of ability structure makes them become the "dual-qualified" teachers, which is called as the second professionalization: The two professionalizations are a necessary process for becoming a qualified higher vocational college teacher and the requirement of the teachers in the reform and development of higher vocational education. To realized the two professionalizations, higher vocational colleges should really carry out the practice of teachers and enterprises, strengthen the construction of training rooms or bases inside school and meanwhile enable the technicians of enterprises to do a teaching job with support from school.
