明清晋中商人家庭教育初探

A Study of the Family Education of Jinzhong Merchants in the Ming and Qing Dynasties

明清晋中商人非常重视家庭教育,他们从商业经营教育、中国传统文化教育及入仕教育这三个方面对家族子弟进行教育,提高了家族子弟的知识水平与综合能力,使家族事业得以延续发展。在官方倡导和家族重视下,明清晋中商人家庭教育开展得有声有色,并对家族自身和社会产生了深远而积极的影响。他们的教育理念和内容对当今家庭教育也有很大的启示——要重视家庭这一孩子重要的成长环境,对孩子进行全面发展教育,并教育孩子尊师重道。

Jinzhong merchants in the Ming and Qing Dynasties attached great importance to family education and educated their family children from such three aspects as commercial-operation education, Chinese traditional culture education and education for entering political stratum, which improved their children＇s knowledge level and comprehensive ability so as to continue the development of their family business. In the official advocacy and the family＇s attention, Jinzhong merchants in the Ming and Qing Dynasties carried out the family education successfully and prosperously, which exerted a profound and positive impact on the family and society. The concept and content of their education have a great enlightenment for today＇s family education, and therefore we should pay attention to the family in which is the important growth environment for children, carry out the comprehensive development education for children and instruct children to honor teachers and their teaching.
