摘要
通过运用自尊、主观幸福感、手机依赖三个量表分别对550名高职大学生进行调查,并采用结构方程模型探讨高职大学生自尊、社会支持和主观幸福感的关系,结果显示:高职大学生主观幸福感及其因子对情感的控制存在是否手机依赖显著差异性,但自尊不存在是否手机依赖差异性;手机依赖因子戒断性在0.05水平上存在高低自尊显著差异性;自尊、手机依赖和主观幸福感之间相关明显;主观幸福感在自尊的基础上影响手机依赖,主观幸福感发挥中介作用,中介效应量为-0.612。高职院校应营造良好的校园文化,培育良好的校园环境,加强高职大学生的心理健康教育,提高高职大学生的自尊及幸福指数等,从而减少手机依赖。
By investigating 550 college students in vocational colleges with the use of such three scales as self- esteem, subjective happiness and cell phone dependence and by exploring the relationship between the self-esteem, social support and subjective happiness of the college students with the use of the structural equation model, the results show that the there exists a significant difference of the college students' subjective happiness and its factors to control emotion depending on cell phone dependence, but there is no difference of self-esteem depending on cell phone; there is obvious difference between high and low self-esteems when the withdrawal cell phone dependence factor is at the level of 0.05; the relevance of self-esteem, mobile phone dependence and subjective, happiness is obvious; subjective happiness based on self-esteem affects mobile phone dependence and plays an intermediary role, with - 0.612 of mediating effect quantity. Higher vocational colleges should create a good campus culture, cultivate a good campus environment, strengthen the psychological health education of the college students and enhance the index of their self-esteem and happiness so as to reduce mobile phone dependence.
