中职学校钢琴教育发展的问题和策略

The Problems and Strategies of the Development of Piano Education in Shanxi's Secondary Vocational Schools

当前,中职学校钢琴专业学生钢琴基础薄弱,整体生源质量较差,课程设置参差不齐,教材使用没有层次性和进阶性,师资力量不强,学生面对严峻的就业形势,感觉出路渺茫。中职学校促进钢琴教育的发展,应加强师资队伍建设,完善课程设置,更新教学观念,改革教材内容,突出实训教学,提高学生的就业率和升学率。

At present, piano major in secondary vocational schools has such problems as the weak foundation of students＇ piano, the poor source of the. students as a whole, theuneven curriculum setup, nonhierarchical and non- progressive use of textbooks, the insufficient teaching team and students＇ negative attitude toward their way-out due to the severe employment situation. To promote the development of piano education., secondary vocational schools should strengthen the construction of teaching team, improve the curriculum setup, update the teaching concepts, reform the contents of textbooks, highlight practical train!ng teaching and improve students＇ employment and enrollment rates.
