康惠尔透明贴联合湿热敷在PICC置管患者中的应用

Application of comfeel transparent dressing combined with wet-hot compress in patients with PICC catheterization

目的观察康惠尔透明贴联合湿热敷治疗应用经外周静脉穿刺置入中心静脉导管(PICC)置管患者中静脉炎的发生情况。方法选择2015年2月-2016年10月于医院行PICC置管的162例患者为研究对象,分为研究组82例和对照组80例,研究组给予康惠尔透明贴联合湿热敷的预防措施,对照组仅给予康惠尔透明贴护理,置管后1周,观察比较两组患者静脉炎的发生情况及穿刺部位感染情况。结果研究组患者发生静脉炎7例,发生率为8.54%,对照组患者发生静脉炎16例,发生率为20.00%,两组各级静脉炎发生率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者发生感染8例,感染率为9.76%;对照组患者发生感染19例,感染率为23.75%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者相关并发症发生率为7.32%低于对照组18.75%(P<0.05)。结论康惠尔透明贴联合湿热敷预防PICC置管静脉炎取得良好的效果,具有一定的临床价值。

OBJECTIVE To observe the application effect of comfeel transparent dressing combined with wet-hot compress on phlebitis in patients with peripherally inserted central catheter （PICC）.METHODS A total of 162 ca- ses of patients with PICC who were treated in our hospital from Feb. 2015 to Oct. 2016 were enrolled in the study and randomly divided into study group （82 cases） and control group （80 cases）. The patients in study group were treated with comfeel transparent dressing combined with wet-hot compress, and in control group were treated with comfeel transparent dressing. After 1 week of PICC catheterization, the occurrence of phlebitis and the infections of venipuncture sites were observed and compared between the patients in the two groups. RESULTS The study group had 7 cases of phlebitis, with the incidence of phlebitis of 8.54%, and control group had 16 case of phlebi- tis, with the incidence of phlebitis of 20.00%, and the difference was significant （P〈0.05）. There were 8 cases of patients with infection of venipuncture sites in study group, with the infection rate of 9.76%, and there were 19 cases patients with infection of venipuncture sites in control group, with the infection rate of 23.75%, and the difference was significant （P 〈0.05）. The incidence of complications of study group was 7.32 %, which was signif- icantly lower than 18.75% of control group （P 〈0.05）. CONCLUSION The application of comfeel transparent dressing combined with wet-hot compress has good effects in the treatment of PICC phlebitis, which has certain clinical value.
