布鲁氏菌感染性心内膜炎1例并文献复习

A case of brucella endocarditis and literature review

人类布鲁氏菌病是一种全身传染性疾病,可累及身体多个部位,骨关节最常见,心血管疾病罕见,其中心内膜炎是其最主要的死亡原因。早期诊断和及时治疗对于布鲁氏菌心内膜炎(Brucella endocarditis,BE)的预后有重要意义。然而对于BE的治疗方案目前仍有争议。本文通过对我科收治的1例患者进行分析并复习相关文献,进一步探讨BE的治疗方案,以提高对此病的认识。

Human brucellosis is a systemic infectious disease that can involve multiple parts of the body.The most frequent part in human body is osteoarthritis. On the contrary, cardiovascular diseases involved are rare,with the highest fatality rate of endocarditis.Early diagnosis and timely treatment are important for the prognosis of BE.However, there is no consensus on the treatment regimen for BE.Here,we present a case of BE patients in our department.In order to improve the understanding of this disease, we have analyzed the clinical characteristics of the patient and reviewed the relevant literature to further explore the BE treatment program.
