临床护理路径应用于脑出血患者护理中对患者治疗依从性及生活质量的干预效果评价

Evaluation of intervention effect of clinical nursing pathway used in patients with cerebral hemorrhage care on patient's treatment compliance and quality of life

目的探讨在护理脑出血患者中采取临床护理路径干预对患者生活质量及治疗依从性的影响。方法此次我院统计中依据随机数字表法的形式将自2015年8月~2017年8月期间收治的78例脑出血患者平均分为两组,即为参照组(n=39)与实验组(n=39),将予以常规护理干预患者选为研究参照组,将予以临床护理路径干患者选为研究实验组,分析对比两组脑出血患者经不同护理后的生活质量评分、住院时间、依从率、满意度。结果经护理之后实验组脑出血患者临床护理依从性率94.87%、临床护理满意度100.00%、生活质量评分(82.36±5.21)分、住院时间(14.23±3.65)d对比参照组,差异有统计学意义。结论将临床护理路径应用在护理脑出血患者中疗效较为显著,可提高患者依从性与满意度,对于改善患者生存质量,缩短住院时间具有重要意义。

Objective To study the influence of clinical nursing intervention used in patients with cerebral hemorrhage care on patient＇s treatment compliance and quality of life. Methods 78 patients with cerebral hemorrhage admitted from August 2015 to August 2017 were equally divided into two groups including the control group（n=39） and the experimental group（n=39）, according to the method of random number table in our hospital. The patients who were given routine nursing intervention were selected as the control group, and the patients with clinical nursing pathways were selected as the experimental group. The quality of life scores, hospitalization time, compliance rate and satisfaction of the two groups with cerebral hemorrhage after different nursing were analyzed and compared. Results After nursing, the clinical nursing compliance rate 94.87%, the clinical nursing satisfaction rate 100.00%, the quality of life score （82.36±5.21） points and the hospitalization time （14.23±3.65） d in the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of clinical nursing pathology in the treatment of patients with cerebral hemorrhage is more effective and can improve patient compliance and satisfaction, which is of great significance for improving the quality of life and shortening the hospital stay.
