髋臼骨折患者切开复位术后的康复护理措施效果评价

Evaluation on the effect of rehabilitation nursing measures for patients with acetabular fractures after open reduction

目的探讨髋臼骨折患者切开复位术后的康复护理措施效果。方法选取2014年1月~2017年1月我院骨科收治的髋臼骨折且行切开复位术治疗的患者137例,按随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组。对照组68例实施常规护理。观察组69例基于对照组的护理内容实施围手术期康复护理。对比两组患者并发症发生率,护理改善效果及生活质量数据。结果观察组并发症发生率明显低于对照组(4.35%vs 20.59%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组生活质量评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理总有效率明显高于对照组[97.10%(67/69)vs 86.76%(59/68)],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论髋臼骨折患者切开复位术后的康复护理能够降低并发症发生率,提高护理效果与患者生活质量,值得临床推广与应用。

Objective To evaluate the effect of rehabilitation and nursing measures in the patients with acetabular frac- tures after open reduction. Methods 137 patients with acetahular fractures who were admitted to the department of orthopedics and were given open reduction from January 2014 to January 2017 were selected. According to the random number table method, the patients were divided into control group and observation group. The control group of 68 patients was given routine nursing care, and the observation group of 69 patients were given perioperative rehabilitation and nursing care based on the nursing contents of the control group. The data on the incidence rate of complications, nursing improvement and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence rate of compli- cations in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group （4.35% vs 20.59%）, and there was statistically significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）; the quality of life score in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and there was statistically significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）; the total effective rate of nursing in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group[97.10%（67/69） vs 86.76%（59/68）], and there was statistically significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The rehabilitation nursing for patients with acetabular fractures after open reduction can reduce the incidence rate of complications, improve the nursing effect and the quality of life of patients, which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
