摘要
对酶在有机溶剂中的性质以及有机溶剂中酶催化反应的优点,作了简要介绍,并以实例说明其在有机及药物合成化学中的应用.
The properties of enzymes in organic solvents and the advantages of enzymatic reactions in organic solvents are reviewed briefly,and their applica-tions in organic synthesis and drug synthesis are illustrated.
