摘要
目的探讨急性脑梗死患者与非脑梗死患者血清尿酸水平及相关危险因素的差异。方法收集2015年1月~2017年6月在我院内科住院的患者共360例,其中急性脑梗死患者180例,非脑梗死患者180例,检测360例的血清尿酸水平及其相关危险因素。结果急性脑梗死组患者血清尿酸水平(P=0.01)、颈动脉斑块例数(P=0.00)、收缩压(P=0.00)、舒张压(P=0.00)、总胆固醇(P=0.01)、低密度脂蛋白(P=0.00)、踝臂指数(P=0.01)与对照组比较有显著差异。进一步调整尿酸、收缩压、舒张压、踝臂指数、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白等危险因素后,尿酸与急性脑梗死独立相关,与急性脑梗死独立相关的危险因素还有收缩压、低密度脂蛋白、踝臂指数。结论高尿酸是急性脑梗死患者的重要危险因素。尿酸与急性脑梗死独立相关,与急性脑梗死独立相关的危险因素还有收缩压、低密度脂蛋白、踝臂指数。
Objective To investigate the differences of serum uric acid levels and related risk factors between patients with acute cerebral infarction and those without cerebral infarction. Methods A total of 360 inpatients admitted in the department of internal medicine in our hospital from January 2015 to June 2017 were recruited. 180 cases of the 360 patients had acute cerebral infarction and 180 cases didn't have cerebral infarction. The level of serum uric acid and its associated risk factor in the patients were detected. Results There were significant differences in the levels of serum uric acid(P=0.01), carotid artery plaque(P=0.00), systolic blood pressure (P=0.00), diastolic blood pressure(P=0.00), total cholesterol(P=0.01),low-density lipoprotein (P=0.00), ankle-brachial index (P=0.01) between the acute cerebral infarction group and the control group. After further adjustment of the risk factors including uric acid, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure risk factors, ankle-brachial index, total cholesterol and low-density lipoprotein, uric acid was independently associated with acute cerebral infarction. Other independent risk factors associated with acute cerebral infarction included systolic blood pressure, low density lipoprotein, ankle brachial index. Conclusion Hyper- uricemia is an important risk factor in patients with acute cerebsral infarction. Uric acid is independently associated with acute cerebral infarction. Other risk factors independently associated with acute cerebral infarction include systolic blood pressure, low density lipoprotein, and ankle braehial index.
