临床护理路径在髋臼骨折内固定术患者中的应用

Application of clinical nursing pathways in patients with acetabular fracture internal fixation

目的探讨临床护理路径在髋臼骨折内固定术患者中的应用。方法选取2015年1月~2017年1月我院骨科收治的髋臼骨折且行内固定术治疗的患者129例,以2016年2月为节点,之前收治的为对照组(64例,常规护理),反之为观察组(65例,临床护理路径)。比较两组护理效果、并发症发生率及住院时间。结果观察组护理总有效率为96.92%,明显高于对照组的85.94%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);前者并发症发生率及住院时间[3.08%,(17.08±1.29)d]明显低于后者[15.63%,(23.67±1.78)d],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论相比常规护理,临床护理路径可有效降低髋臼骨折内固定术后患者并发症的发生率,缩短住院时间,促使患者早日康复。

Objective To explore the application of clinical nursing pathways in patients with acetabular fracture inter- nal fixation. Methods A total of 129 patients with acetabular fractures treated with internal fixation surgery in the De- partment of Orthopedics of our hospital from January 2015 to January 2017 were enrolled in this study. February 2016 was chosen as the time point. The patients admitted before the time point were chosen as the control group （n=64, routine nursing）, and the patients admitted after the time point were selected as observation group（n=65, clinical nursing pathways）. The nursing effects, the incidence of complications and length of hospitalization between the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of nursing in the observation group was 96.92%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group （85.94%）, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The complication rate and hospitalization time [3.08%, （17.08±1.29）d] of the former was significantly lower than that of the latter[15.63%, （23.67±1.78）d], and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Compared with routine nursing, the clinical nursing pathways can effectively reduce the incidence of complications after acetabular fracture internal fixa- tion, reduce the length of hospital stay, and prompt patients to recover soon.
