摘要
近年来随着对微创外科学的不断研究,单操作孔胸腔镜技术也逐渐发展成熟,并被广泛应用于各种胸外科疾病的治疗中。本文通过概述单操作孔胸腔镜技术治疗自发性气胸、纵隔肿瘤、肺癌等常见胸外科疾病的适应证、手术方式、初步经验,进而分析该术式的进化过程及其优势与不足,并展望其发展前景。
With the continuous study of minimally invasive surgery during recent years, single-manipulation-port tho- racoscope has gradually developed and been widely used in the treatment of various thoracic diseases. This article sum- marizes the indications, surgical approaches and initial experience of single-manipulation-port thoracoscope treating spontaneous pneumothorax, mediastinal tumors, lung cancer and other common thoracic diseases, analyzes the evolu- tionary process and its advantages and disadvantages, and offers its prospects.
