摘要
目的:探讨综合护理干预在视网膜脱离术后患者中的应用效果。方法:将66例视网膜脱离术后患者随机分为对照组32例和观察组34例,对照组术后实施常规护理干预模式,观察组实施综合护理干预,比较两组护理效果。结果:两组患者症状自评量表(SCL-90)评分、术后疼痛情况、生活质量评分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:综合护理干预可有效改善视网膜脱离术后患者的心理状态,减轻疼痛,提高生活质量。
Objective： To explore application of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients after retinal detachment surgery. Methods： A total of 66 cases of retinal detachment after operation were randomly divided into the control group（ 32 cases） and the observation group（ 34 cases）. The control group received routine nursing intervention after the operation,and the observation group received comprehensive nursing intervention. The nursing effect of the two groups was compared. Results： There was a statistically significant difference in symptom checklist（ SCL-90） scores of two groups,postoperative pain conditions and quality of life scores（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： Comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively improve the psychological state of the patients after retinal detachment,alleviate pain and improve the quality of life.
