快速康复外科理念在高龄腹腔镜阑尾手术患者中的应用

Application of the Concept of Fast Track Surgery in Elderly Patients with Laparoscopic Appendectomy

目的:探讨快速康复外科(FTS)理念在高龄腹腔镜阑尾手术患者中的应用效果。方法:将112例高龄腹腔镜阑尾手术患者随机分为对照组和FTS组各56例,对照组给予常规护理,FTS组在此基础上采用FTS实施护理,比较两组护理效果。结果:两组术后离床时间、肛门排气时间、术后进食时间、术后拔引流管时间、住院时间、治疗总费用及术后切口情况、出院满意率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:FTS在高龄腹腔镜阑尾手术患者中的应用效果较好,可促进患者尽早恢复胃肠功能,提早拔除引流管,加快切口愈合,减少并发症,缩短住院时间。

Objective： To explore the application of fast track surgery（ FTS） concept in elderly patients with laparoscopic appendectomy.Methods： A total of 112 elderly patients with laparoscopic appendectomy were randomly divided into the control group and the FTS group,56 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing care,and the FTS group was given FTS nursing on the basis of the control group. The nursing effect of two groups was compared. Results： There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups（ P 〈 0. 05） in the time of leaving the bed,anal exhaust time,postoperative eating time,postoperative drainage time,hospitalization time,total cost of treatment,postoperative incision conditions and satisfaction rate of discharge. Conclusion： The application of FTS in elderly patients with laparoscopic appendectomy is better. It can promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function as early as possible,remove drainage tube earlier,accelerate incision healing,reduce complications and shorten hospitalization time.
