高频超声引导病变部位注射得宝松对肩周炎患者血清5-HT和PGE2含量的影响 被引量:6

摘要 目的观察评价高频超声引导病变部位注射得宝松对肩周炎(FS)患者的血清肌肉组织中5-羟色胺(5-HT)和前列腺素E2(PGE2)的影响效果。方法选取2016年3月至2017年5月期间本院收治的肩周炎患者138例,并随机对照试验分为两组,对照组69例给予定位痛点注射治疗;观察组69例应用超声引导技术作肩关节得宝松注射治疗,并比较两组血清和肩关节周围肌肉组织中的5-HT和PGF2含量变化情况。结果两组治疗后血清5-HT、PGE2含量水平均明显升高(均P〈0.05),观察组均明显高于对照组(均P〈0.05)。结论高频超声引导病变部位注射得宝松对FS患者,能够显著降低血清和肩关节周围肌肉组织中的5-HT、PGE2含量,有效降低其介导的炎症反应和疼痛,发挥外周抗炎和镇痛作用。 Objective To observe the effect of injecting diprospan into lesion site guided by high frequency ultrasound on serum levels of serotonin (5-HT) and prostaglandin E2 (PGE2)in patients with frozen shoulder (FS). Methods 138 patients with frozen shoulder treated at our hospital from March, 2010 to May, 2017 were selected and randomly divided into a contorl group and an observation group, 69 for each group. The control group were given injection treatment on the pain sit. The observation group were injected diprospan into lesion site guided by high frequency ultrasound. The levels of 5-HT and PGE2 were compared between the two groups. Results The serum levels of 5-HT and PGE2 were higher after than before the treatment in both groups and were higher in the observation group than in the control group afther the treatment (P 〈0.05). Conclusion Injecting diprospan into lesion site guided by high frequency ultrasound for patients with frozen shoulder can decrease the levels of 5-HT and PGE2 and reduce the inflammatory response and pain and has anti-inflammatory and analgesic effect.
