腹腔镜辅助术式对消化道畸形患儿的疗效及术后并发症的影响分析

Effect of laparoscopic assisted surgery on the efficacy and postoperative complications of children with digestive tract malformation

目的研究分析腹腔镜辅助术式对于消化道畸形患儿的疗效以及手术之后出现并发症的影响。方法2014年6月至2017年6月，选择本院98例消化道畸形患儿作为研究对象；根据数字法将所有对象随机分为观察组与对照组，每组49例；观察组患者采用腹腔镜辅助术式，对照组采用传统开腹术式；对比疗效以及经过不同治疗之后的并发症出现情况。结果观察组患者十二指肠梗阻、肠重复畸形、胆道发育畸形和先天性巨结肠等小儿消化道出现畸形的手术实施时间及住院时间均显著少于对照组（均P〈0．05）；观察组发生感染以及腹腔脓肿的现象明显低于对照组（P〈0．05）；治疗后，观察组效果为优者以及其优良率均明显高于对照组（均P〈0．05）。结论腹腔镜辅助术式对消化道畸形患儿而言，能够有效缩短手术以及住院的时间，风险较低，并发症较少，安全性较高，具有较好的临床使用价值。

Objective To study effect of laparoscopic assisted surgery for children with digestive tract malformation and the influence on surgical complications. Methods 98 children with gastrointestinal malformation treated at our hospital from June, 2014 to June, 2017 were selected as research objects and were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group using digital method, 49 for each group. The observation group were treated by laparoscopic assisted surgery and the control group traditional open surgery. The efficacy and complications were compared between these two groups. Results The time of operation for duodenal obstruction, intestinal duplication, biliary malformation, congenital megacolon, etc. and hospital stay were shorter in the observation group than in the control group （all P 〈 0.05）. The incidences of infection and abdominal abscess were lower in the observation group than in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. After the different treatments, the excellent and good rates were significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions Laparoscopic assisted surgery for children with digestive tract malformation can effectively shorten the operation time and hospital stay and has low risk, few complications, and high safety, so it has good clinical value.
