速效救心丸和麝香保心丸治疗冠心病心绞痛的经济性分析

Economic analysis of Suxiaojiuxin pills and Shexiangbaoxin pills in treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease

目的探讨速效救心丸和麝香保心丸治疗冠心病心绞痛的疗效与经济性。方法选择2016年1月至12月本院收治的冠心病心绞痛患者150例，采取随机数字表法将其分为A组与B组，每组75例；在常规治疗的基础上，A组采用速效救心丸治疗，B组采用麝香保心丸治疗；观察评价两组临床疗效，并分析药物成本效果。结果A组与B组临床总有效率（94．67％比96．00％）对比，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；A组与B组成本效果比（C／E）分别为1．10和1．27，以A组为参照，B组增量成本效果比（△C／△E）为13．38。结论速效救心丸和麝香保心丸治疗冠心病心绞痛疗效相当，但速效救心丸的经济性更佳，可使资源最优化，适于临床应用。

Objective To explore the efficacy and economy of Suxiaojiuxin pills and Shexiangbaoxin pills in the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease. Methods A total of 150 patients with angina pectoris treated at our hospital from January to December, 2016 were selected and randomly divided into group A and group B, 75 for each group. Both groups were routinely treated; in addition, group A were treated with Suxiaojiuxin pills and group B Shexiangbaoxin pills. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was observed and analyzed and the cost of the drug was analyzed. Results There was no statistical difference in the total effective rate between the two groups （P〉 0.05）. The cost-effectiveness ratio （C/E） was 1.10 in group A and 1.27 in group B. With group A as the the reference, the incremental cost-effectiveness ratio （△C/△E） of group B was 13.38. Conclusion Suxiaojiuxin pills and Shexiangbaoxin pills are effective in treating coronary heart disease with angina pectoris, but Suxiaojiuxin pills are more economical and can be optimized for clinical use.
