“一带一路”倡议下中印关系问题研究

On the Sino-Indian Relations under the Belt and Road Initiative

中国与印度作为地区性大国不仅在亚洲具有举足轻重的地位,并且在世界事务中发挥着巨大作用。中印关系的发展关系着地区性的和平与稳定,也深刻影响着当今世界政治形势的走向。特别是在"一带一路"倡议下,中印关系迎来的新的发展机遇期。但是印度缺席"一带一路"峰会以及近期与中方在锡金段的对峙,给中印关系发展蒙上了一层阴影。因此,分析印方近期挑衅行为和抵制"一带一路"的深层次原因,以及探讨我国相应的对策是十分必要的。

As the regional powers,China and India not only play an important role in Asia,but also in world affairs.The development of Sino-Indian relations has a bearing on regional peace and stability and profoundly influences the trend of the political situation in the world today,especially under the Belt and Road initiative,when both of them facing with the good opportunities to develop their relation.However,the India＇s absence of the ＂ Belt and Road Initiative＂ summit,and its recent stand-off with China over the Sikkung area cast a shadow over their relations.Therefore,it is necessary to explore the deep-seated reasons of India＇s recent provocations and boycott in order to make the corresponding countermeasures of our country.
