柴达木盆地野生与栽植黑果枸杞中花青素、多糖和多酚含量 被引量:6

Contents of Anthocyanins,Polysaccharides and Polyphenols in Wild and Transplant of Lycium ruthenicum Murr.of Qaidam Basin

摘要 以柴达木盆地野生型和人工栽植的黑果枸杞为试材,利用分光光度计法,分析比较了二者浆果内花青素、多糖和多酚含量的差异。结果表明:野生型和人工栽培黑果枸杞浆果内的花青素含量分别为8.37、8.97mg·g^(-1),二者之间无差异;多糖含量分别为57.20、57.88mg·g^(-1),二者之间无差异。人工栽培的黑果枸杞多酚含量高达50.59mg·g^(-1),其含量显著高于野生型黑果枸杞。 Wild type and artificial cultivation of L.ruthenicum Murr.as were used the materials in the Qaidam Basin,and using spectrophotometry to analyze the contents of anthocyanins,polysaccharides and polyphenols of two types L.ruthenicum Murr.The results showed that anthocyanin content of 8.37 mg·g^(-1) and 8.97 mg·g^(-1) in wild type and artificial cultivation of L.ruthenicum Murr.berries.There was no difference in the contents of anthocyanin and polysaccharide between wild type and artificial cultivation of L.ruthenicum Murr.,and the polysaccharide content was 57.20 mg·g^(-1) and 57.88 mg·g^(-1),respectively.Artificially polyphenol content of artificial cultivation of L.ruthenicum Murr.was up to 50.59 mg·g^(-1),and its content was significantly higher than the wild type.
