腹盆腔特大恶性肿瘤的外科治疗

Surgical treatment of extremely huge malignant tumor in abdominal and pelvic cavity

摘要 1临床资料 患儿女，6岁，回族。因左肾母细胞瘤术后7个月，腹部胀痛1个月于2016年12月24日收入我院。患儿于2016年5月在当地医院行左肾母细胞瘤根治术，术后因经济原因，未接受化疗。
