车前草幼苗中黄酮类物质提取工艺

The Extraction Process of Flavonoids From Seedlings of Plantain

对车前草幼苗中黄酮类物质提取工艺进行单因素试验.以总黄酮含量为评价指标,研究提取剂乙醇浓度、提取温度、提取时间与料液比4个因素对总黄酮提取效果的影响.结果表明乙醇浓度70%,温度70℃,料液比1∶30,时间2 h时得到车前草幼苗中黄酮类物质含量最高.

A single factor test was carried out on the extraction process of flavonoids from the seedlings of Plantain, and the total flavonoids content was used as the evaluation index. The effects of four factors, such as ethanol concentration, extraction temperature, extraction time and liquid ratio, on the extraction effect of total flavonoids were studied. The results showed that when the ethanol concentration was 70%, the temperature was 70 degrees, the ratio of material to liquid was 1 ： 30, and the time was 2 hours, and the content of flavonoids in the seedlings of Plantain was the highest.
