浅谈中药毒性的控制

Brief discussion on the control of Chinese medicine toxicity

近些年,国家大力支持中医药事业发展,有关中药的研究越来越多。某些常用中药的药理作用日益明确,但随之关于潜在中药"毒性"的研究与报道也日益增多。为了明确中药的毒理作用,科研工作者展开的中药毒理学的研究也逐渐增多。经研究发现,中药毒性的大小受使用剂量和服药时间、配伍、炮制、种植环境、中药有效成分提取工艺和溶媒等因素的影响,通过调控这些因素可以改变中药毒性的大小。文章意从这几个方面探讨中药毒性的可控性,为中药的合理应用提供参考。

In recent years,the state has strongly supported the development of traditional Chinese medicine（TCM）,and the growing researches have been made on TCM.The pharmacology of some commonly used Chinese medicines is increasingly clear,but the researches and reports on the ‘toxicity＇ of potential Chinese medicine is also increasing.Research on toxicology of traditional Chinese medicine is on the increase to clarify the toxicology of traditional Chinese medicine.Studies have shown that the toxicity can be changed by adjusting the dosage of Chinese medicine and the time of drug administration,the combination,the processing,planting environment,the extraction process and the solvent of Chinese traditional Chinese medicine.This paper aims to explore the controllability of TCM toxicity from these aspects and provide a reference for the rational application of TCM.
