营气和营阴可化赤生血,又与血共同运行于脉内。营分证是温邪初入脉内的阶段,属血分证的表浅阶段。营分证阶段有热灼营阴、热陷心包和内闭外脱等不同证型。热灼营阴属轻型营分证,病机以营气功能失常和营阴不足为主,治疗关键在于清透温邪,恢复营气功能,即"透热转气",同时滋养营阴,防止瘀血形成。"入营犹可透热转气",是温病营分证的重要治法之一,为发热伴出疹症的临床治疗思路提供重要的参考。

Ying qi and Ying yin could be produced into blood.They all run in the pulse.Ying fen syndrome is the stage of Wen pathogen starting to enter the pulse,which is the superficial stage of Xue fen syndrome.There are some different syndromes in Ying fen syndrome,such as syndrome of heat consuming Ying yin,syndrome of invasion of pericardium by heat,syndrome of internal blockade and external collapse.Heat consuming Ying yin is a light type of Ying fen syndrome,and its pathogenesis mainly includes the abnormal function of Ying qi and the insufficiency of Ying yin.The key point of the treatment is to clear Wen pathogen and recover the function of Ying qi.At the same time,Ying yin should be nourished to prevent the formation of blood stasis.‘Heat would be Transferred to qi when it Enters Ying＇,is the main principle of treatment of Ying fen syndrome in febrile disease.It would provide important reference for the clinical treatment of fever and rash symptom.
