负压封闭引流技术结合祛腐生新膏治疗难治性溃疡临床疗效观察

Clinical efficacy of application of VSD negative pressure drainage with Qufu Shengxin Ointment in the treatment of refractory ulcers

目的:观察应用负压封闭引流技术(VSD)结合祛腐生新膏治疗难治性溃疡的临床疗效。方法:2010年1月至2015年12月,收治57例难治性溃疡患者,其中有完整随访资料者共43例。入院后采用VSD负压引流结合祛腐生新膏外用,根据创面肉芽生长情况,序贯交替使用。治疗前后根据创面缺损面积、渗出情况及患者主观症状的改善情况,进行疗效评价。结果:43例患者随访20至54个月,平均30.8个月。住院期间创面全部愈合,愈合时间在4-9个月。结论:VSD负压引流配合祛腐生新膏外用可有效控制创面感染,促进创面愈合。

Objective：To explore therapeutic effect of application of VSD negative pressure drainage combined with Qufu Shengxin Ointment for refractory ulcers in early and middle stages.Methods：From January 2010 to December 2015,57 patients with refractory ulcers were admitted,including 43 patients with relatively complete follow-up data.VSD negative pressure drainage or Qufu Shengxin Ointment was alternately used according to wound granulation growth.Four weeks after treatment,curative effect was evaluated including the improvement of wound defect,exudation and the symptoms of the patients.Results：Forty-three patients were followed up for 20-54 months with an average of 30.8 months.During the hospitalization,all wounds were healed,and the healing time was 4-9 months.Conclusion：The combined application of VSD negative pressure drainage and Qufu Shengxin Ointment can effectively control wound infection and promotewound healing.
