姚乃礼应用“络病”理论治消化系统疾病

Experience of YAO Nai-li in the treatment of digestive system disease based on ‘collaterals disease theory'

络病理论是中医疾病学的重要内容。姚乃礼教授基于多年临床实践,认为肝纤维化、肝硬化、慢性萎缩性胃炎、慢性溃疡性结肠炎的发病过程均有"毒损络脉"的传变规律,符合络病理论中由经入络、由气到血的致病特点,并从临床和基础两方面对络病理论在消化系统疾病中的应用进行了探索。

Collaterals disease theory is an important part of traditional Chinese medicine disease.Based on years of clinical practice,professor YAO Nai-li thinks that the ‘toxic factor injures collateral branch of the large channel＇ is pathogenesis of hepatic fibrosis,cirrhosis,chronic atrophic gastritis and chronic ulcerative colitis.This kind of understanding accords with the pathogenic feature of collateral disease from meridian to collaterals and from qi to blood.Finally,professor YAO Nai-li explores the application of collateral disease theory in digestive system diseases from two aspects of clinical and basic research.
