《伤寒论》自愈探讨及实践

Discussion and practice on self-healing in Shanghan Lun

自愈,是指尊重身体的本能,调动机体潜能,达到尽量不用药物而疾病被治愈的结果。追溯到千年之前,效验卓著的《伤寒论》中,不仅记录了治病的理法方药,还有大量的条文在论述疾病自愈的规律,这些是较之方药更为重要的内容,但这部分内容没有引起足够的关注。笔者认为医者应该重视机体自愈能力,顺着《伤寒论》中"自愈"理论所指引的方向,努力把药物的不良影响降到最低,力求用尽量少的药物治病,甚至"不药而愈"。行医多年,临床中有许多切实的案例,与《伤寒论》中的自愈理论不谋而合,用自然的方法,如日晒、运动、穿衣、饮食、心情等,赋予这些非药物手段以严格的"药性"和"药量",可达到不药而愈的治疗效果。

Self-healing means that the disease and symptoms are terminated with a minimum or even none intake of traditional medicineby only enhancing people＇s own immune system under the assumption that the immune system normally have the potential to fix most of the undesired symptoms.In a thousand years ago,within extraordinary Shanghan Lun,it not only recorded the numerous methods and treatments for various symptoms,but also recorded the law to improve people＇sself-healing capability,which was more important than the former ones.However,it did not gain enough attention.Physicianshould pay more attention topatients＇ self-healing capability,under the guidance of the theory of self-healing in Shanghan Lun,and try to use as few prescriptions as possible,or even no prescription to cure diseases.Basing on years of clinical experience,there were plenty of cases matched well with the self-healing theory of Shanghan Lun.Numerous patients were recovered with natural treatments,such as appropriate sun-shine,exercise,body temperature control,diet improvement,and emotion adjustments,etc.These treatments can heal diseases without prescriptions by giving these non-drug means to strictly ‘property＇ and ‘dose＇.
