皮肤衰老动物模型制备规范(草案)

Standard(draft) for preparation of skin aging animal model

皮肤衰老是人体衰老的一种表现,主要表现为皮肤可见晦暗、干燥、色斑、细纹、松弛等。现有的动物模型为病理性模型,以西医指标为主。基于对皮肤衰老中西医临床病症特点分析及对现有动物模型大量实验研究的基础上,形成如下皮肤衰老模型制备规范(草案)。

Skin aging is a manifestation of human aging,the main manifestations of the skin can be dull,dry,stain,fine lines,loose and so on.The existing animal models are pathological models with western medicine as the main index.Based on the analysis of the characteristics of skin aging with clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine.and on the basis of a large number of experimental studies on existing animal models,preparing the following skin aging model preparation specification（Draft）.
