基于因子分析诱导排卵失败不孕症的证型分布规律

Study on TCM syndrome distribution of induced ovulation failure group based on factor analysis

目的:探讨尿促性腺激素(HMG)诱导排卵失败不孕症的中医证型分布规律。方法:采集250例接受HMG诱导排卵治疗的不孕症患者的症状、舌象、脉象等四诊信息,本项课题研究只针对其中180例诱导失败患者的四诊信息进行因子分析。结果:诱导排卵失败患者的中医证型多为阴虚内热型、热盛津伤型和肝郁化热型,其中阴虚内热型对失败组的贡献率最大,而热盛津伤型的发生频率最高。结论:通过对诱导排卵失败组中医证型分布规律的研究,为诱导排卵失败后选择最佳的中医后续治疗方案提供证候学依据和辨证思路。

Objective：To investigate the distribution of TCM syndrome types in ovulation failure infertility induced by urine gonadotropin（HMG）.Methods：The four diagnostic information of 250 cases of infertility treated with HMG induced ovulation were collected,and the factors of the four diagnostic information of 180 cases were analyzed.Results：The syndrome types of induced ovulation failure were yin deficiency and internal heat type,heat-sheng-Jin injury type and liver depression and heat type,among which yin deficiency and internal heat type contributed most to the failure group,while heat-sheng-Jin injury type occurred most frequently.Conclusion：Through the study of the distribution of TCM syndrome types in the group of induced ovulation failure,it can provide the evidence and dialectical thinking for selecting the best follow-up treatment plan of TCM after induced ovulation failure.human menopausal gonadotrophin,
