醒脑开窍针法对持续植物状态患者脑电图分级变化的影响

Effects of Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture on electroencephalogram classification of persistent vegetative state

目的:观察持续植物状态患者采取醒脑开窍针法治疗前后脑电图分级变化的特点,为临床疗效评价提供依据。方法:采用终点指标观察方法,将持续植物状态患者治疗前、治疗3个月脑电图采集,采取脑电图Young分级标准进行分析的方法。结果:醒脑开窍针刺法对持续植物状态患者脑电图有一定影响,并且脑电图分级与PVS疗效评分呈负相关系。结论:通过对持续植物状态患者脑电图进行分级,对持续植物状态患者促醒有临床指导意义。

Objective：To observe the characteristics of electroencephalogram（EEG） classification changes before and after Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture treatment in patients with persistent vegetative state（PVS）,and to provide a basis for clinical therapeutic evaluation.Methods：The end points indicator observation method was adopted to collect EEG of PVS before and 3 months after treatment,then the EEG Young classification standard was used to analyze.Results：Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture had some effects on EEG of PVS,and there was a negative correlation between EEG grading and curative effect of PVS.Conclusion：There is certain clinical guiding significance for awaking up PVS by grading the EEG of PVS.
