壮药盒果藤的鉴别特征研究

Identification of Zhuang medicine Operculina turpethum

目的:确定盒果藤药材的质量控制的鉴别特征。方法:采用显微鉴别和薄层色谱法对其进行鉴定,并测定其水分,总灰分和浸出物的含量。结果:盒果藤除一般双子叶植物的一般特征外,茎横切面类圆形,具3-5翅;皮层宽,散在有多数乳汁管;中柱占横切面的大部分,中柱鞘由1-3列纤维束形成不连续的环状结构;韧皮部极窄;形成层明显;木质部导管常伸入髓部;髓部宽广,有乳汁管散在。薄层鉴别表明供试品色谱中,在与对照药材色谱相应的位置上,显相同颜色的斑点,重现性较好。10批样品水分含量均在16.0%以下;总灰分均在8.0%以下;酸不溶性灰分均在1.50%以下;50%乙醇热浸法浸出物含量最高,均在18.0%以上。结论:显微鉴定结果可靠,可以作为盒果藤的鉴别依据,其薄层鉴别及检查项测定结果可为盒果藤药材质量控制提供依据。

Objective：To confirm the identification characters of quality control of Operculina turpethum.Methods：Microscopic identification and TLC methods were used for qualitative identification of Operculina turpethum.The contents of water,total ash and extract were determined.Results：Except the general characteristics of common dicotyledon,the stem cross section was round,with 3 to 5 wings.Cortex wide,scattered in most milk tubes; the center column occupies most of the transverse section,and the stele was formed by a discontinuous annular structure from 1 to 3 fiber bundles.The phloem was very narrow; the cambium was obvious; the xylem vessel often extended into the pith; the pith was broad,and the milk tube was scattered.The TLC identification showed that the same color spots were found in the chromatographic position of the samples,and the reproducibility was good.The moisture content of 10 samples was below 16.0%.The total ash content was below 8.0%.The acid insoluble ash was below 1.50%.The content of the extract of 50% ethanol was the highest,which was more than 18.0%.Conclusion：The results of microscopic identification were reliable which could be used as the identification basis of Operculina turpethum,its TLC identification and inspection results could provide the basis for the quality control of Operculina turpethum
