“雨课堂”在课前、课中、课后“三段式导学”中的应用效果评价

[目的]探讨"雨课堂"在课前、课中、课后"三段式导学"中的应用效果。[方法]随机选取2016级专科护理学生140人为观察组,在常规教学的同时进行基于"雨课堂"的课前、课中、课后"三段式导学";随机选取2016级专科护理学生143人为对照组,进行常规教学,比较两组学生对教学的满意度、期末考核成绩及教师评价。[结果]观察组学生期末考试成绩为88.132分±4.283分,对照组学生期末考试成绩为81.637分±6.364分,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组学生对教学的满意度高于对照组(P<0.05),且观察组学生对"雨课堂"导学评价较高;教师通过"三段式导学"能充分了解学生的学习情况。[结论]应用"雨课堂"进行课前、课中、课后"三段式导学"有助于提高护理教学效果。

Objective：To probe into the application effect of ＂Rain Classroom＂in ＂three stage guided learning＇before class, during class and after class. Methods：A total of 140 specialized nursing students in grade 2016 were randomly selected as the observation group. At the same time of routine teaching, ＂three-stage teaching＇before, during and after class based on＂Rain Classroom＂was conducted for them. Another 143 nursing students were randomly selected in grade 2016 as the control group, and they received the routine teaching. Satisfaction of teaching, final examination results and teachers＇ evaluation were compared between the two groups. Results： The results of the final exam were 88. 132＋--4. 283 in observation group and 81. 637!6. 364 in control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P^0.05）. The satisfaction of the students in observation group was higher than that in control group P〈0.05）. The students in observation group had a higher evaluation on ＂Rain Classroom＂ teaching. Teachers could fully understand the learning situation of students through the＂three - stage guided learning＂. Conclusions ： Applying＂Rain Classroom＂ to carry out the ＂three- stage guided learning＇before class, during class and after class was helpful to improve nursing teaching effect.
