摘要 为了探究页岩气开采中返排液的处理回收,分析了返排液的几种常用处理方法,并以聚苯胺-秸秆为吸附剂,提出了"氧化处理-吸附处理-化学沉淀-过滤处理-脱盐处理"五步法返排液处理工艺。研究表明:页岩气返排液成分复杂,需要多种处理方法配合采用;秸秆与聚苯胺复合较好,聚苯胺-秸秆吸附剂具有处理返排液所需要的吸附性能;五步法工艺可以较好满足返排液处理回收要求。 In order to explore the treatment andshale gas, several common methods are analyzed,recycle of flowback fluid during the exploitation ofand propose the five-step approach of flowback fluidtreatment process "oxidation treatment, adsorption treatment, chemical precipitation, filtration treatmentand desalination treatment" based on the adsorbent of polyaniline-straw. The research indicates thatcomponents of shale gas flowback fluid are complicated, so it needs many ways Of treatment tocoordinate with. The recombination between straw and polyaniline is good. The polyaniline-strawadsorbent has the adsorption property required by flowback fluid treatment; the five-step approach canbetter meet the requirements of treatment and recycle of flowback fuid. /
