柠条塔煤矿110工法采空区漏风规律及防治对策 被引量:15

摘要 长壁开采110工法是基于"切顶短臂梁理论"提出的无煤柱自成巷开采技术。以柠条塔煤矿S1201工作面为工程背景,通过对110工法工作面漏风情况的现场监测,研究了110工法采空区的漏风特性及其规律,并分析了采空区产生漏风的原因。结果表明:工作面后方的采空区存在漏风通道、采空区与工作面存在风压差是产生漏风的2个基本条件,而留巷区碎石帮矸石间的空隙、留巷内与工作面回风口间的压力差分别为采空区漏风提供了漏风通道和动力源。在此基础上,提出了"降风压、堵通道"的防漏风措施,以控制110工法采空区的漏风现象,为110工法工作面的安全生产提供保障。 The 110 method of long wall mining is a mining technology without coal pillar, which is putforward based on " the theory of cutting the short arm ". Taking the S1201 working face as theengineering background of Ningtiaota coal mine, through the field monitoring of air leakage in 110working face, the air leakage characteristics and their regularity of 110 methods goaf are studied, andthe causes of air leakage in goal are analyzed. The results show that there are two basic conditions ofair leakage, which are: the air leakage passage in the goal behind the working face and the existence ofthe wind pressure difference between the goaf and the working face. While the gap between the gravelgangue in the roadway and the pressure difference between the lane and the back of the working faceprovided the goal air leakage with a leak passage and power source respectively. On this basis, the leakprevention measures of reducing air pressure and blocking channel are put forward, in order to controlthe air leakage of goaf in the 110 method, and provide the guarantee for the safe production of the 110working face.
