摘要
针对煤矿机械传动齿轮疲劳寿命低、冲击和噪声大等问题,以某煤矿机械传动齿轮为研究对象,运用专业齿轮传动分析软件Romax建立仿真模型。先对其修形技术和传动误差进行求解计算,再对其齿向、齿廓及齿向和齿廓修形进行仿真分析。研究结果表明,齿轮修形可以减小齿轮承载及传动误差,有效地改善齿轮啮合状态,提高齿轮疲劳寿命,减小齿轮冲击和振动。
Aiming at the problem of low fatigue life, high impact and noises of coal mine mechanicaltransmission gears, a mechanical transmission gear of coal mine was taken as the object of study, thesimulation model was established by a professional gear transmission analysis software of the Romax.The modification technology and transmission error were analyzed; and the tooth trace and tooth profileand tooth trace, tooth profile modification were simulated and analyzed. The results show that gearmodification can reduce the load and transmission errors of the gears, improve the gear meshing stateand the gear fatigue life, and reduce the gear shock and vibration.
