摘要
针对传统煤矿井下电力变压器体积大、控制不灵活和价格高等问题,提出一种应用于煤矿井下的电力电子变压器。首先介绍了矿用电力电子变压器的基本原理及其拓扑结构,采用AC/DC/AC型拓扑,其中直流变换器选用含高频变压环节的移向全桥单元;其次对矿用电力电子变压器的控制器进行了设计;最后在Matlab/Simulink环境中搭建仿真模型,仿真结果验证了所提矿用电力电子变压器的可行性和有效性。
In view of the large size, the inflexible control and the high price of the traditional powertransformer in coal mine, a power electronic transformer applied to coal mine is proposed. Firstly, thebasic principle and topological structure of mine power electronic transformer are introduced,the AC/DC/AC type topology is adopted, and the DC converter adopts the direction shifted full bridge unit withhigh frequency variable pressure link, then, the controller of mine power electronic transformer isdesigned. Finally, a simulation model is built in the Matlab/Simulink environment, and the simulationresults verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed mine power electronic transformer.
