黄连香薷饮的HPLC指纹图谱研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:建立黄连香薷饮的HPLC指纹图谱。方法:采用Agilent Eclipse SDB-C(18)(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱,以乙腈-0.05%磷酸水溶液(每100 mL含0.02 mmol KH_2PO_4,三乙胺调pH=4)为流动相进行梯度洗脱,检测波长294 nm,流速0.6 mL·min(-1),柱温30℃。结果:所建立的黄连香薷饮指纹图谱具有较好的精密度、稳定性和重复性。12批黄连香薷饮指纹图谱的相似度〉0.97,得到25个共有峰,并确定其中19、20、24及25号峰分别为盐酸巴马汀、盐酸小檗碱、和厚朴酚及厚朴酚。结论:所建立的黄连香薷饮的HPLC指纹图谱专属性强、重现性好、稳定可靠,可为其质量控制提供科学依据。 Objective : To establish HPLC fingerprints of Huanglian Xiangru Decoction. Methods : The chromatography conditions were defined as Agilent Eclipse SDB- Cts chromatographic column (250 mm ×4.6 ram, 5 μm). Acetonitrile -0.05% phosphoric acid in water (0.02 mmol KH2PO4 per 100 mL, triethylamine adjusted to pH =4) was used as mo- bile phase for gradient elution with flow rate of 0.6 mL ·min -1. The detection wavelength was 294 nm. The temperature was 30℃. Results : The fingerprints of Huanglian Xiangru Decoction had good precision, stability and repeatability. The fingerprints similarity of 12 batches Huanglian Xiangru Decoction were greater than 0.97; 25 common peaks were ob- tained ; 19th, 20th, 24th and 25th were respectively identified as Hydrochloric acid Palmatine, Berherine hydrochloride, Honokiol and Magnolol. Conclusion: The HPLC fingerprint of Huanglian Xiangru Decoction is specificity, reproducible, stable and reliable, providing a scientific basis for quality control.
