鸡血藤在银屑病中的应用及现代研究进展

银屑病是皮肤科的常见疾病,反复发作,迁延难愈,严重影响患者身心健康。中药复方治疗具有显著优势,其中,鸡血藤作为主要药物的复方报道较多。但研究鸡血藤单味药及其有效成分在银屑病治疗中的作用较少,且机制尚不明确。结合国内外相关研究,分别从鸡血藤治疗银屑病的临床应用、鸡血藤的化学成分、现代药理学及生物信息学4个方面进行探讨,以便寻找鸡血藤在银屑病中发挥治疗作用的线索,为鸡血藤临床应用以及药物开发提供新的思路。

Psoriasis is a common disease of dermatology, which has the characteristic of recurrent, persistent and re- fractory, then influences physical and mental health of patients seriously. Chinese medicine compounds treatment presents a significant advantage. Among these, some compounds containing Spatholobus suberectus predominantly had been many reports. But there was few research about Spatholobus suberectus and its active ingredients in the treatment of psoriasis, and its mechanism is unclear as well. This paper based on the progress of dometic and foreign research, discussed from four aspects： the clinical application of Spatholobus suberectus in psoriasis treatment, Spatholobus suberectus chemical components, modem pharmacology research and bioinformatics in order to look for the clues of Spatholobus suberectus in the treatment of psoriasis and provide new sight for psoriasis clinical treatment of Spatholobus suberectus and drug development.
