从“气血流通”探析通补理论

“通补”理论追溯于内经“六腑以通为用”，经后世医家发挥，通补理论思想可见于各朝代。通补之法义在寓通于补，以通为补，以补为通，其根本在于气血之流通。人之生理与病理状态皆与气血之盛衰和运行息息相关，气血之流通与脏腑和经络相辅相成，亦是治病之关键，通过内外之治，使气血调和，畅流于经络，恢复脏腑之司，可达阴平阳秘之效。从气血生理功能和病理机要探析通补理论和气血流通之关系。

The theory of Tongbu is traced back to the The Inner Canon of Medicine theroy that six Fu - organs function well when they are unobstructed. After the work of physicians of later generations, the theory of Tongbu can be seen in all dynasties. The meaning of Tongbu is to put the dredging within the reinforcing and supplementing and then the dredging is the reinforcing and supplementing and the reinforcing and supplementing is the dredging. The basic meaning of the method of Tongbu lies in the circulation of Qi and blood. Physiological and pathological status of human is closely related to the rising and falling, the circulation of Qi and blood. The internal and external treatments make coordination between Qi and blood, and the meridians running smoothly, reaching the effect of Yin and Yang in balance. This paper analyzes the relationship between the theory of Tongbu and the circulation of Qi and blood from the physiological functions and pathological mechanism of Qi and blood.
