摘要
目的:应用多指标综合评分法,优选甘露消毒丹的提取工艺。方法:采取正交实验设计,以黄芩苷、绿原酸、连翘苷含量以及得膏率为评定指标,通过HPLC波长切换法进行检测,考察乙醇浓度、提取时间、提取次数对方中黄芩苷、绿原酸、连翘苷含量的影响,经综合评分法进行工艺优化。结果:甘露消毒丹最佳提取工艺为70%乙醇,提取3次,每次提取1 h。结论:该提取工艺合理,有效成分提取效率高。
Objective : To establish extraction technology for Ganlu Xiaodu Dan by applying multi - index comprehensive evaluation method. Methods : An HPLC method was established to determine the yield rate and extraction contents of baicalin, chlorogenic acid, forsythia glycosides in Ganlu Xiaodu Dan. Based on the orthogonal design and the weighted method,three factors including the concentration ethanol, decocting time and extracting times were evaluated to optimize the extraction technology for Ganlu Xiaodu Dan. Results: The optimal extraction technology was 70% ethanol,extracting 3 times with 1 h for each time. Conclusion : The extraction technology optimized with multi - index comprehensive evalua- tion method is reasonably practicable. It raises the extraction of effective constituent in Ganlu Xiaodu Dan.
