望江南子总蒽醌提取工艺优化及DPPH·自由基清除实验研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:优化望江南子总蒽醌的提取工艺,并评价其抗氧化活性。方法:采用乙醇提取望江南子总蒽醌,单因素试验考察各因素水平,正交试验优化望江南子总蒽醌的提取工艺,DPPH法评价其抗氧化活性。结果:望江南子总蒽醌最佳提取工艺为乙醇浓度70%,乙醇倍数14倍,提取温度70℃,提取时间1 h,提取次数2次。望江南子总蒽醌可清除DPPH·自由基,且清除率随总蒽醌量的增加而增大。结论:传统醇提法提取望江南子总蒽醌工艺可行,重复性较好。望江南子总蒽醌具有良好的抗氧化活性,可为望江南子的进一步开发提供实验依据。 Objective : To optimize extraction process of anthraquinone from Cassia occidentalis L. and evaluate its antioxidant activity. Methods: Total anthraquinone was extracted by alcohol. Factors and levels were investigated by single factor test. The extraction process of anthraquinone from Cassia occidentalis L. was optimized by orthogonal test. Antioxi- dant activity was evaluated by DPPH method. Results : The optimum extraction process of anthraquinone from Cassia occi- dentalis L. is using 14 times 70% alcohol to extract at ?0~C for 1 h and 2 times. Total anthraquinone from Cassia occi- dentalis L. can scavenge free radical, and scavenging rate increases with total anthraquinone amount. Conclusion: The traditional alcohol extraction method of total anthraquinone from Cassia occidentalis L. is feasible, which also have good repeatability. Total anthraquinone from Cassia occidentalis L. has good antioxidant activity. All above can provide experi- ment basis for further development for Cassia occidentalis L..
