补肾活血方治疗肾虚血瘀型卵巢储备功能下降临床观察

Clinical Observation of Bushen Huoxue Decoction in Treating Decreased Ovarian Reserve Funtion of Kidney Deficiency and Blood Stasis Type

目的：观察补肾活血方治疗肾虚血瘀型卵巢储备功能下降（DOR）临床疗效的影响及评价。方法：将符合纳入标准的60例DOR患者随机分成两组,每组30例,治疗组患者给予补肾活血方治疗,对照组患者给予戊酸雌二醇片（补佳乐）和地屈孕酮片（达芙通）治疗,两组均治疗3个月经周期后,观察临床疗效、中医症状积分,化学发光免疫分析（CLIA）检测血清卵泡刺激素（FSH）、促黄体生成素（LH）、雌二醇（E2）、FSH/LH水平。阴道超声检测卵巢动脉血流收缩期峰值流速（PSV）和阻力指数（RI）、搏动指数（PI）。结果：治疗组总有效率高于对照组（P〈0.05）;治疗组在改善中医症状积分、血清FSH、LH、E2水平优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：补肾活血方能促进卵巢血供,增强卵巢反应性,维持卵巢功能,改善临床症状,治疗DOR临床疗效满意。

Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect of Bushen Huoxue Decoction on the decline of decreased ovarian reserve function of kidney deficiency and blood stasis. Methods ： Sixty patients who met the criteria were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, 30 cases in each group. The control group was given Estradiol Va- lerate Tablets and Complex Packing Estradiol. The treatment group was given Bushen Huoxue Decoction. After three menstrual cycles,venous blood serum FSH, LH, E2 levels were observed and compared. The color Doppler ultrasound was used to detected the indexes, including ovarian blood flow peak systolic velocity （PSV） and resistance index （RI） , pulsatility index（PI）. Results： There was a remarkable differencebetween the treatment group and the control group in the effect rate （P 〈 0. 05） . In the aspect of improving the serum FSH, LH, E2 levels, the treatment group was better than the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： Bushen Huoxue Decoction can promote ovarian blood supply, enhance ovari- an reactivity, maintain ovarian function and improve clinical symptoms. The clinical efficacy was satisfactory.
