丹参川芎嗪注射液对急性脑梗死患者血清HIF-1α、Caspase-3及血尿酸水平影响研究

Effect of Danshen Chuanxiongqin Injection on Serum HIF-1α,Caspase-3 and Serum Uric Acid in Patients with Acute Cerebral Infarction

目的：观察丹参川芎嗪注射液对急性缺血性脑梗死（中风血瘀证）患者血清HIF-1α、Caspase-3及血尿酸水平影响。方法：采用随机、单盲临床试验方法,选择200例急性期缺血性脑梗死（中风血瘀证）患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,各100例,两组患者均给予吡拉西坦0.4 g 50 m L静脉滴注,每天1次;观察组在此基础上给予丹参川芎嗪注射液30 m L静脉滴注,1次/d。30天为1个疗程。治疗前和治疗第7 d、第14 d分别对患者进行血清HIF-1α、Caspase-3及血尿酸水平检测。然后对两组患者进行了长达12个月的随访。结果：与治疗前相比较,两组患者在治疗7 d后血清HIF-1α、Caspase-3及血尿酸水平均有所降低（P〈0.05）,但组间比较无明显差异（P〉0.05）;治疗14 d后,观察组的血清HIF-1α、Caspase-3及血尿酸水平明显低于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;疗程结束观察组总有效率优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：丹参川芎嗪注射液能够有效地降低急性期脑梗死患者的血清HIF-1α、Caspase-3及血尿酸水平,临床疗效好,安全性高,值得在临床上大力推广应用。

Objective ： To observe the effect of Danshen Chuanxiongqin Injection on serum HIF-1α, Caspase - 3 and serum uric acid in patients with acute ischemic cerebral infarction （stroke blood clotting）. Methods： A randomized, sin- gle - blind clinical trial was used to select 200 patients. The patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group. Each group was given Piraxac Tan 0.4 g 50 mL by intravenous infusion once a day ; observation group on this basis was given Danshen Chuanxiongqin Injection 30 mL by intravenous infusion once a day. 30 days was for a course of treatment. The levels of serum HIF -1α, Caspase -3 and serum uric acid were measured before and 7 and 14 days after treatment. Patients were then followed up for 12 months. Results ： Compared with those before treatment, the levels of serum HIF-1α, Caspase - 3 and serum uric acid were decreased in the two groups （ P 〈0. 05 ）. But there was no signif- icant difference between the two groups （ P 〉 0.05 ）. After treatment for 14 days, the levels of serum HIF -1α, Caspase - 3 and serum uric acid in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group （ P 〈0. 05 ）. The total effective rate of the observation group was better than that of the control group （ P 〈0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： Danshen Chuanxiongqin Injection can effectively reduce the levels of serum HIF-1α, Caspase -3 and serum uric acid in patients with acute cerebral infarction. The clinical efficacy is good and the safety is high, which is worthy of popularization and application in clinical practice.
