疏肝健脾汤治疗围绝经期睡眠障碍的疗效观察及对Kupperman、SAS、SDS评分影响

Shugan Jianpi Decoctionin Treatment of Sleep Disorders in Perimenopausal Patients and Kupperman,SAS and SDS Scores

目的：探讨疏肝健脾汤治疗围绝经期睡眠障碍的疗效及对患者Kupperman、SAS、SDS评分的影响。方法：选自2013年3月—2015年3月期间医院收治的围绝经期睡眠障碍患者97例,依据随机数字表法随机分为观察组49例与对照组48例。对照组采用常规西医治疗,观察组在对照组基础上结合自拟疏肝健脾汤治疗。两组疗程均为4周。比较两组治疗疗效,治疗前后PSQI、Kupperman、SAS、SDS评分变化及药物不良反应情况。结果：观察组总有效率（91.84%）高于对照组（72.92%）（P〈0.05）;两组PSQI和Kupperman评分治疗后下降（P〈0.05）;观察组PSQI和Kupperman评分治疗后低于对照组（P〈0.05）;两组SAS和SDS评分治疗后下降（P〈0.05）;观察组SAS和SDS评分治疗后低于对照组（P〈0.05）;两组均未见严重不良反应。结论：疏肝健脾汤治疗围绝经期睡眠障碍患者改善睡眠疗效显著,且可减轻患者围绝经期症状,减轻抑郁和焦虑情绪,安全可靠,值得研究。

Objective ： To investigate the effect of Shugan Jianpi Decoctionin treatment of sleep disorders in pcrimeno- pansal patients and Kupperman, SAS and SDS scores. Methods： In our hospital in March 2013 -March 2015,97 cases of sleep disorders in perimenopausal patients were randomly divided into two groups with 49 cases in the observation group and 48 cases in the control group. Control group was treated with conventional western medicine. The observation group combined with Shugan Jianpi Decoction treatment in the control group＇ s basis. The treatment lasted 4 weeks. We com- pared the efficacy of treatment in both groups. Before and after treatment, PSQI, Kupperman, SAS and SDS score changes and adverse drug reactions were compared before and after treatment. Results： The observation group＇ s total efficiency （91.84%） was higher than that of the control group （72.92%） （P 〈 0. 05）. Two groups＇ PSQI and Kupperman score after treatment decreased （P 〈 0. 05 ）. The observation group＇ s Kupperman PSQI scores after treatment was less than those of the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Two groups＇ SAS and SDS score after treatment （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The observation group＇ s SAS and SDS scores after treatment decreased more than those of the control group （ P 〈0. 05 ）. Two groups had no serious adverse reactions. Conclusion：Shugan Jianpi Decoctionin treatment of sleep disorders in perimenopausal patients has significant effectand can improve sleep quality of patients, reduce depression and anxiety, safe and reliable, worthy of study.
