疏肝补肾汤联合来曲唑治疗多囊卵巢综合征不孕不育症临床观察及对血清孕酮的影响

Clinical Observation on Treatment of Infertility with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome by Shugan Bushen Decoction Combined with Letrozole and Its Effect on Serum Progesterone

目的：探讨疏肝补肾汤联合来曲唑治疗多囊卵巢综合征不孕不育症的临床疗效以及对患者血清孕酮的影响。方法：从医院于2015年2月—2016年2月收治的多囊卵巢综合征不孕不育症患者中抽取92例作为临床研究对象。随机分组：对照组46例,采用来曲唑进行治疗;观察组46例,采用疏肝补肾汤联合来曲唑进行治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果以及激素水平变化。结果：治疗效果：与对照组相比,观察组患者的治疗总有效率、排卵率、妊娠率明显更高,血清孕酮、黄体生成素、雌二醇等指标明显更优,结果对比差异显著（P〈0.05）。结论：疏肝补肾汤联合来曲唑治疗多囊卵巢综合征不孕不育症的临床疗效良好,可有效改善血清孕酮水平,值得推广使用。

Objective：To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Shugan Bushen Decoction combined with letrozole in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome infertility and its effect on serum progesterone. Methods ： Totally 92 cases of polycystic ovary syndrome infertility patients admitted from our hospital in February 2015 to February 2016 were taken as clinical subjects. The control group＇ s 46 casesused letrozole for treatment. The observation group＇ s 46 casesused Shugan Bushen Decoction combined with letrozole for treatment. We compared the two groups ＇ effect and changes in hormone levels. Re- sults ： Compared with the control group, the total effective rate, ovulation rate and pregnancy rate were significantly higher in the observation group, and the serum progesterone, luteinizing hormone and estradiol were significantly better than those of the control group. The results were significantly different （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion： Shugan Bushen Decoction combined with letrozole in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome infertility has good clinical efficacy and can effectively improve the serum progesterone level. It is worthy of promotion.
