灌服饱和甲烷水对大鼠运动能力及改善力竭运动导致肝脏氧化应激的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨灌服甲烷水对大鼠运动能力和力竭运动导致肝脏氧化应激的影响。方法将18只雄性SD大鼠随机分为安静对照组(C组)、运动安慰剂组(EP组)、运动甲烷水组(EM组)。一次性力竭运动后麻醉处死所有大鼠并取血液和肝脏,用化学比色法和酶联免疫吸附(ELISA)法检测血液和肝脏中反映运动能力及氧化应激的相关指标。结果 EM组运动至力竭的时间显著长于EP组(P<0.05)。与C组相比,EP组血糖(GLU)浓度和肝糖原含量显著降低;与EP相比,EM组均显著升高(P<0.05)。与C组相比,EP组乳酸(LD)、尿素氮(BUN)水平显著升高;与EP组相比,EM组均显著降低(P<0.05)。与C组相比,EP组乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、肌酸激酶(CK)活性显著升高。肝脏内丙二醛(MDA)、3-硝基酪氨酸(NT)、8-羟基脱氧乌苷(OHd G)含量均显著升高,总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)水平显著降低;与EP组相比,EM组MDA含量显著下降,T-AOC、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和谷光甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)活性显著升高(P<0.05)。结论运动前灌服饱和甲烷水能提高大鼠的运动能力,减轻力竭运动导致的肝脏氧化应激的程度,促进运动后身体功能的恢复。 Objective To investigate the effect of intragastric administration of methane water before exhaustive exercise on the exer- cise performance and liver oxidative stress in SD rats. Methods 18 male SD rats were randomly divided into control (C) , exercise placebo (EP), exercise methane water (EM) groups. After one-time exhaustive exercise, all the rats were sacrificed and the serum and livers were collected to detect related biochemical indexes inflecting exercise performance and liver oxidative stress. Results ( 1 ) The exercise time of EM group was significantly extended compared with that of EP group. (2)The ]evels of liver glycogen and GLU were significantly decreased in EP group compared with those of C group, but the levels of liver glycogen and GLU in EM group were significantly increased. (3) The levels of LD and BUN were significantly increased in EP group compared with those of C group, however, those in EM group were decreased com- pared with those in EP group. (4)The levels of LDH and CK were significantly increased in EP group. (5) The levels of MDA, 3-NT, 8- OHdG were significantly increased in EP group compared with those of C group, but T-AOC was significantly decreased. However, the level of MDA was significantly decreased in EM group compared with that in EP group, the levels of T-AOC, SOD, GSH-PX were significantly in- creased. Conclusions Intragastrie administration of methane water before one-time exhaustive exercise could reduce the liver oxidative stress in SD rats, so as to enhance the exercise performance.
