摘要
微小核糖核酸(micro RNA,简称miRNA)与细胞增殖、分化与凋亡以及生物体生长发育与免疫等过程均密切相关,在多种系统疾病的发生、发展中起到重要的调控作用。本文综述了micro RNA在皮肤病领域的研究及其与部分皮肤疾病发生、发展的相关性。
MicroRNAs are closely related with proliferation, differentiation and apoptosis in cell, as well as development and immunity in organism. They play an important role in genesis or development of disorders in multiple systems. In this paper, some research progresses of microRNA in dermato- logic field and its correlation with dermatoses were reviewed.
