维胺酯胶囊联合糠酸莫米松乳膏治疗对称性肢端角化病疗效观察 被引量：2

摘要 目的观察维胺酯胶囊联合糠酸莫米松乳膏治疗对称性肢端角化病临床疗效。方法将41例对称性肢端角化病患者随机分为两组,治疗组20例,口服维胺酯联合外用糠酸莫米松乳膏;对照组21例,单纯外用糠酸莫米松乳膏。4周后评价疗效。结果治疗组治愈率和总有效率分别为50.00%和80.00%,对照组治愈率和总有效率分别为9.52%和28.57%,两组间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组有3例出现轻度口唇、皮肤干燥、便秘,均未予特殊处理,停药后症状自行消失;对照组无特殊不适。结论维胺酯胶囊联合糠酸莫米松乳膏治疗对称性肢端角化病安全有效。
