当飞利肝宁胶囊加中药茶饮治疗非酒精性脂肪肝肝郁脾虚、湿热蕴结证37例临床观察

Clinical Observation on Dangfei Liganning Capsule ( 当飞利肝宁胶囊) Combined with Chinese Herbal Tea in Treating 37 Cases of Non-alcoholic Fatty Liver with Liver Constraint and Spleen Deficiency and Damp-heat Accumulation Syndrome

目的观察当飞利肝宁胶囊加中药茶饮干预非酒精性脂肪肝肝郁脾虚、湿热蕴结证的临床疗效。方法将70例非酒精性脂肪肝肝郁脾虚、湿热蕴结证患者随机分成治疗组37例和对照组33例。治疗组给予当飞利肝宁胶囊加疏肝健脾饮中药茶饮,对照组用阿托伐他汀钙片,每日10 mg,每日1次,均以4周为1个疗程,共观察3个疗程。治疗前后检测两组患者肝功能及血脂[包括丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、总胆红素(TBi L)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)],治疗后判定临床证候疗效,同时观察不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后治疗组临床证候疗效总有效率为97.30%,对照组为72.72%,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后ALT、AST、TBi L、TG、TC均低于治疗前(P<0.05),且治疗组ALT、AST、TBi L低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组不良反应发生率为2.70%,低于对照组的18.18%(P<0.05)。结论当飞利肝宁胶囊加疏肝健脾饮中药茶饮对非酒精性脂肪肝肝郁脾虚、湿热蕴结证患者有较好临床疗效,能改善肝功能,有降脂作用,安全性好。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Dangfei Liganning Capsule（ 当飞利肝宁胶囊,DLC） combined with Chinese herbal tea in the intervention of non-alcoholic fatty liver with liver constraint and spleen deficiency and damp-heat accumulation syndrome. Methods Seventy patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver of liver constraint and spleen deficiency and damp-heat accumulation syndrome were randomized into the treatment group（ 37 cases）and the control group（ 33 cases）. The treatment group was given DLC combined with Chinese herbal tea which could soothe the liver and strengthen the spleen,the control group was given Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets（ 10 mg per day）.Both groups were treated for 3 courses with 4 weeks as a course of treatment. Before and after treatment,liver function and serum lipids including alanine transaminase（ ALT）,aspartate transaminase（ AST）,total bilirubin（ TBi L）,total cholesterol（ TC） and triglyceride（ TG） were detected. After treatment,the efficacy of clinical syndrome was determined,while the incidence of adverse reactions was observed. Results After treatment,the total effective rate of clinical syndromes was 97. 30% in the treatment group,superior to 72. 72% in the control group（ P 0. 05）. After treatment,the levels of ALT,AST,TBi L,TG and TC in both groups were lower than those before treatment（ P 0. 05）,and the levels of ALT,AST and TBi L in the treatment group was lower than those in the control group（ P 0. 05）. The incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was 2. 70%,which was lower than 18. 18% in the control group（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion DLC combined with Chinese herbal tea seems have good efficacy on nonalcoholic fatty liver with liver constraint and spleen deficiency and damp-heat accumulation syndrome,can improve liver function and has the lipid-lowering effect with good safety.
